By implementing the Erasmus+ project no. 2023-1-PL01-KA171-HED-000115353 between August 1, 2023 and July 31, 2025, The University of Rzeszów and all partner universities wanted to expand their activity in the international educational and scientific arena and to extend their current cooperation to other fields. The mobility project perfectly matched the assumptions of the mission of the University, which has an extensive network of contacts all over the world. Increasing the possibilities of internationalization fits perfectly into the implemented strategy of the University, which places great emphasis on the mobility of the entire academic community and increasing the skills and professional competences of employees. The implementation of the project was intended to enable continuation of work on the quality of studies and to increase the innovativeness of scientific activities. The engaged universities also hoped to increase the transparency of education; increase in mutual trust between partner universities, increase in the quality of educational outcomes; focusing education on students and their achievements; shortening the education time; applying good practices in conducting classes in a multicultural environment.
