The project under agreement no. 2023-1-PL01-KA171-HED-000128419 was implemented in cooperation with universities from Montenegro, Georgia, Israel, Malaysia, and Ukraine. Its aim was to strengthen existing partnerships and to develop cooperation with Universiti Putra Malaysia. The project was intended to intensify academic exchange for students and staff, supporting the development of artistic, teaching, and research competences. Mobilities were designed to contribute to the internationalization of study programmes, enhance the quality of education, and enrich the professional experience of project participants. An important element was inclusiveness – additional organizational, financial, and mentoring support was provided to participants with fewer opportunities. At the same time, the intercultural dimension was strengthened through language courses, workshops, integration meetings, city games, and educational trips, with the support of mentors and student buddies. The project contributed to strengthening the position of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk and its partners as open universities, actively supporting academic mobility, building global competences, and implementing the principles of equal opportunities.
