The primary goal of the mobility of staff at the University of Social Sciences (SAN) and Universitas Trisakti (UT) is to expand the educational offerings of all participating universities, thus achieving the primary goal of the university's operation. Supporting the collaboration between both research and teaching centers has provided a unique opportunity to continue comparative research, taking into account cultural factors, exchange scientific experiences, improve teaching methodology, and expand the teaching offerings. In accordance with the development and internationalization strategy adopted by the University Senate, SAN focuses on the continuous development of the educational offerings, in terms of both learning outcomes and teaching methods. SAN views staff mobility as a key tool for increasing the competences of teaching staff, ensuring that a significant proportion of academic staff have research experience gained through international collaboration, as preparing students for functioning in a global community and advancing scientific research require a significant increase in the mobility of research and teaching staff.
