Through the project, we aimed to strengthen the internationalization of Kozminski University and partner universities from non-EU countries. Our goal was to build lasting academic relationships, develop inter-institutional collaboration, and increase student and staff mobility. We aimed to ensure participants gained new experiences, developed linguistic, intercultural, and social competencies, and learned modern teaching and management methods. We also aimed to foster open attitudes, global awareness, and a willingness to collaborate in an international environment. The project aimed to contribute to the promotion of European values, such as equality, diversity, accessibility, and anti-discrimination. Another important aspect was to sensitize participants to sustainable development and the environment. We wanted the mobility experience to become an impetus for developing academic and professional careers, fostering mutual learning, and sharing best practices. The project was part of KU's long-term strategy, which embraces openness to the world and the development of collaboration with universities across continents.
