The primary goal of the project was: implementing strategies for the internationalization of educational processes at the universities participating in the project; maintaining and developing long-standing cooperation, academic, teaching, and research contacts between PL LUBLIN01 and partner universities in Ukraine, Indonesia, the USA, Tanzania, and Thailand; gradually increasing the scope and number of student and staff exchanges; enriching the mobility opportunities for students to study in Poland; developing educational offerings both in the national language and in English; obtaining financial support for international contacts. The planned objectives for students were: improving language competencies; gaining experience in foreign institutions and in living abroad; obtaining information about foreign labor markets. The planned objectives for staff were: increasing the number of direct contacts between staff members of partner universities; improving the quality of teaching; professional preparation for work in an international environment. All the planned objectives were achieved, and their long-term effects are reflected in the continuation of cooperation within subsequent projects.
