The Erasmus+ project was a key component of Kazimierz Wielki University’s internationalization strategy. Its primary goal was to enhance academic mobility and foster collaboration with universities outside the European Union. The objectives of the project included: - Implementing the concept of "internationalization at home" by hosting foreign students and faculty members who teach at our university. - Allowing teaching staff to participate in mobility programs—either by teaching or engaging in training—at partner universities located outside the EU. - Developing cooperation and increasing academic mobility with institutions in partner countries. - Improving the quality and enhancing multilateral institutional cooperation with universities beyond the EU. - Strengthening the quality of higher education and vocational training through mobility and partnership initiatives. - Supporting the development of participants' competencies, promoting their international activities, and encouraging the concept of lifelong learning. The organization of events with international guests aimed to promote social and cultural integration while reinforcing the University’s, city’s, and region’s positions on the global academic map.
