The Erasmus+ KA171 2023 project, implemented in cooperation with partner countries, aimed to enable the exchange of staff from Poznan University of Technology (PUT) as well as staff and students from partner universities in third countries not participating in the Erasmus+ Programme. The grant agreement involved cooperation with 12 universities from 11 countries (including the PUT). The main goal of the project was to strengthen existing partnerships through academic and administrative staff mobilities, as well as student mobilities. The project enabled academic staff to develop academic contacts, conduct joint classes, and establish research collaboration. Administrative staff had the opportunity to learn about innovative solutions used at partner institutions and to exchange good practices. Student mobility, in turn, allowed young people to gain experience studying in an international environment and to broaden their educational and cultural perspectives. The implementation of the project was consistent with PUT’s strategic goals for internationalization, as outlined in the Development Strategy for 2021–2030, and represented an important step toward further integration of the university into the global academic community.
