The project aimed to strengthen long-term cooperation between our institution and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), Vietnam, following the amendment to the Grant Agreement replacing the originally planned partner institution. Its main objective was to support the internationalisation strategies of both universities through staff and student mobility activities. - For staff, the project aimed to strengthen professional competences through the exchange of knowledge, good practices and institutional experience. Mobility activities were intended to enhance professional skills, improve understanding of international higher education systems and support the development of sustainable cooperation between the partner institutions. - Student mobility was designed to enhance academic, linguistic and intercultural competences, broaden international perspectives and improve employability. - At the institutional level, the project aimed to improve the quality of education, increase the international visibility of both universities, strengthen cooperation with a Vietnamese partner institution and establish a sustainable foundation for future academic collaboration beyond the lifetime of the project.
