The implementation of the project was fully aligned with the current strategy of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków (ASP). One of the Academy’s key strategic goals is the development of its institutional potential, which is achieved by: Creating conditions for creative activities and the development of professional competencies; Developing new fields of study and increasing the diversity of educational pathways; Enhancing internationalisation by establishing platforms for international cooperation; Strengthening partnerships that promote student mobility. The intensification of international exchange is one of the essential tools for achieving these strategic objectives, both locally and internationally. The specific objectives of the project included: Creating opportunities for student development through international exchange; Improving the quality of education and enhancing its international dimension; Increasing the competencies and qualifications of staff and students; Learning and adapting best practices; Expanding the network of professional and academic contacts to enable future joint initiatives; Strengthening existing partnerships with institutions already cooperating with the Academy.
