The aim of the project was to enable students to complete part of their studies at foreign universities. A key assumption was inclusiveness – participation in the program for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, in order to equalize educational and professional opportunities, both during their studies and later entry into the job market. The project also emphasized the international mobility of research and teaching staff. Foreign trips enabled staff to improve their teaching and language skills. The project also included administrative staff, which translated into improved work quality and the development of new competencies. Developing international cooperation through the creation of new networks and joint research projects was also an important aspect. The opportunity to host foreign participants, who through their experience and knowledge contributed to the development of partner universities and the region, contributed to enriching the local community's knowledge of cultural diversity and supported the internationalization of the academic community. Quantitative goals, established as measures of the degree of internationalization, were achieved at a rate of 90.9%.
