The objective of this project was to provide students and staff from Vistula University and its partners in Albania, Georgia, and Kosovo with opportunities to gain new academic, professional, and intercultural experiences. We aimed to strengthen the quality of higher education, foster mutual understanding, and build sustainable international cooperation. Through collaboration with Luarasi University, European University, Kutaisi University, and Kolegji Universum, we sought to expand access to international mobility for participants who often have limited opportunities to join European exchange programmes. The project supported the personal growth of students by enhancing their intercultural competence, adaptability, and employability, while also providing staff with valuable opportunities to develop teaching, training, and management skills. By reinforcing institutional cooperation and visibility, this project contributed to long-term partnerships, improved academic practices, and greater international recognition for all participating universities.
