By implementing the project, we want to counteract gender inequalities, social exclusion, insufficient diversity and representation of women in public life by taking up topics such as: supporting the development of women's competences, dealing with violence and microaggressions, setting boundaries, and multiculturalism. In addition, we want to strengthen the potential of the organization and develop new educational materials that will support educators.
