Background

Among the most important reasons for quitting the job by primary school teachers are work fatigue and burnout. Teachers who cannot cope with problems connected with their job face the system, which does not offer them support. School headmasters don't have the necessary tools to address this problem. Our intention was to develop innovative tools and solutions that enable the headmasters of primary schools to undertake comprehensive measures to prevent teacher burnout. Unless measures are taken, teachers will be in a deteriorating psychophysical condition, which will result in poorer quality of teaching and leaving the profession. High-quality education is not possible without taking actions supporting teachers and school headmasters.
