The project was carried out in response to the needs of students, teachers, and the school community in the area of developing civic, social, digital, and language competences, as well as increasing young people’s engagement in local and European life. We recognized that the school needed support in modern civic education methods, effective communication, online safety, and combating disinformation. Teachers required strengthening of their teaching and educational competences, while students needed opportunities to learn through experience and international cooperation. The project fully addressed these needs. The staff gained new skills in civic education, the use of activating methods, and project-based learning, while students developed key competences: language, social, digital, and civic. Their sense of agency, openness to other cultures, and willingness to engage in local activities increased. Joint workshops, visits, work on the eTwinning platform, and online communication enabled the exchange of experiences, learning about different educational systems, and creating pedagogical innovations that were introduced into school practice. The project contributed to lasting changes in the functioning of the school.
