We applied for this project to find peaceful and inclusive solutions to the increasing violence, bullying, and communication problems in our schools. All partner schools face student-student, student-teacher, and teacher-parent conflicts. We wanted to teach and implement Non-Violent Communication (NVC) as a practical tool to reduce these conflicts and create a safer, more respectful learning environment. Another major need was the lack of digital skills among students and teachers, which became more visible during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this project, we aimed to strengthen digital competencies using Web2.0 tools. We also addressed the need for environmental awareness and sustainable habits. Many of our students are from disadvantaged backgrounds with limited access to international experiences. This project gave them the chance to improve their English, increase their confidence, and engage in intercultural learning. As mostly less-experienced Erasmus+ schools, we also aimed to improve our project management skills and build strong European partnerships.
