The MAIN OBJECTIVE was to CREATE NEW DIAGNOSTIC AND EDUCATIONAL TOOLS FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVISERS AND TEACHERS WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE ON PROFESSIONAL CAREER AND CAREER PATH BUILDING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. INDIRECT OBJECTIVES are: - Optimisation of working tools for counsellors in the field of career guidance - Greater employability of young people - Better career prospects - Stable position of young workers in the labour market - Increased flexibility and attractiveness of vocational education and training In summary, the Partners wanted to create new, flexible tools available for different target groups that will contribute to increasing the diversity of VET provision.
The partners noted that today's labour market is changing very fast - recent years - the pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the economic crisis - require young people not only to have the right qualifications, but also the skills to build a career in a dynamic environment. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare as soon as possible the right tools for career counsellors to help young people to acquire skills that are not only desired by employers, but also useful in everyday life. This will make young people more willing to participate in training and vocational education, which will increase the attractiveness of these activities. At the same time, the Partners assumed that the tools would be flexible, as vocational counsellors will be able to use them in different contexts and for different target groups. This will make them accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of education, age or skills.
