Objectives

Thanks to this project, we have created spaces where interested participants can learn and have their needs addressed. This space is designed on two levels: a physical level, where they can meet lecturers and tutors who will guide them theoretically and practically in topics closely related to enhancing artistic skills and translating them into activities related to community acceptance. The second level is electronic. Materials from all partners are available, in all national languages and English. These materials allow participants to learn individually. They can work with online materials and resources or focus primarily on observation, practical testing, and skill verification together with the lecturer. This model proved to be the best for us over the two years of the project, and we intend to continue using it. We supplemented materials, verified the suitability of course participants, and continued to individually assist them in overcoming obstacles. Our personalized approach to course participants encouraged them to share their experiences and, especially, to take initiative to test their acquired knowledge. It also encouraged personal development and teamwork. Volunteer involvement.
