Objectives

Objectives: - increasing the ability of educators to work in an intergenerational and intercultural environment - creating ideas for cities to be more tolerant and their presentation to the decision makers - a more open society for multiculturalism - open-minded approach of intergenerational Activities, anti-discrimination approach - building a program of tolerance attitude towards cities' diversity - increasing the skills of educators in the moderation of Youth work and intergenerational work

Background

After some consultations and focus groups in Poland, Malta and Italy, we found out that we have intergenerational activities, but educators for these activities are not well prepared. They are our youth or senior educators, so they do not have the tools or programs to do intergenerational activities. We focused on the topic of inclusion and diversity, because in all countries, seniors and youth have different perspectives of inclusion - seniors in the past, youth nowadays, so it will be functional and universal for other institutions and organisations, also from other countries, outside from the consortium
