We applied for this project because of approach to ecological issues and related environmental education. It has undergone and continues to undergo a significant transformation resulting from increasing awareness of ever-increasing environmental problems. These problems are the cause of threats currently occurring in almost every area of life. Very often, ecological lifestyles are addressed in connection with the issues of threats to human life and the quality of life. This is a significant challenge facing contemporary environmental education, especially in its didactic aspect. Meanwhile, observations of human behavior can still raise serious doubts about the effectiveness of current environmental education efforts. These concerns prompt a particularly close attention to teaching preparation for proper participation in the socio-natural environment. The project responds to the need for a practical approach to environmental education that integrates pro-environmental activities with everyday lifestyles. This need has been particularly evident in the context of climate change, excessive consumerism, and increasingly rare contact with nature.
