The consortium pla: 1) develop the solution to bridge (1) private sector (business or/and work-based organizations) and (2) students with neurological disorders and traumas [SO1] 2) raise skills and competences of the companies staff to work successfully with vulnerable graduates [SO2] 3) raise skills and competences of the students with neurological disorders to improve their situation at the labor market [SO3] 4) normalize and raise awareness of the employment inclusion and social inlusion
