The aim of the project is to improve the human resource management competences of pupils and graduates of vocational schools, learning the profession of chef. Through innovative, including digital, methods and curricula, access to modern knowledge will be increased for students and graduates as well as vocational instructors, teachers and trainers in the chef profession.
