In addition, ASTA's growing internationalization process has as a logical consequence a continuous improvement of staff language skills.
The regional context presents a scarcity of educational offer aimed at adult students who, from the beginning, can be considered disadvantaged due to the geographic obstacles typical of a remote and rural region, with fewer services, poor, aged and in a marked loss of population. It is, therefore, quite clear that it is necessary to start a process that allows adult students to enter Europe, starting from linguistic bases and updating the skills of trainers.
