The main goal of this project is to improve adult education at Centro Qualifica SL by equipping all stakeholders with enhanced skills. Specifically, the project aims to: Improve the digital skills of 50% of trainers and/or TORV staff; Enhance the foreign language proficiency of 25% of the educational community; Promote mental health by providing 50% of participants with tools to manage stress and anxiety; Innovate teaching methods in adult education.
The project is part of adult education, implemented through Centro Qualifica (CQ) at the Dr. Serafim Leite Educational Group (AESL) in S. João da Madeira. AESL offers diverse education, from preschool to adult learning. CQ registers around 400 enrolments yearly in various programs, including Portuguese as a Host Language (PLA) courses and academic/professional Recognition, Validation, and Certification of Competences (RVCC) processes.
