Project objectives: - Provide 30% of managers/teachers/trainers/TORVC with tools that promote mental health and well-being; - Provide 30% of adult candidates with tools that promote mental health and well-being; - Provide 10% of managers/teachers/trainers/technicians with language skills, in a second language; - Train 30% of managers/teachers/trainers/TORVC with innovative techniques to deal with cultural/social diversity, racism and discrimination.
AEPTL (Association for Professional Education in Transport and Logistics) is a non-profit association, owner of IPTrans - Professional Transport Institute, Professional School in Loures. AEPTL offers initial professional training (young people), continuous and Recognition, Validation and Certification of Competences (RVCC) (adults). The project was carried out within the scope of the activities of the Centro Qualifica IPTrans (a center specializing in the qualification of adults).
