The project sought to enhance the teaching skills of AIAM employees, ensuring that they were better prepared to face contemporary educational challenges and to offer quality training, adapted to the needs of adult learners by raising their awareness of the importance of sustainable development through art, using it as an innovative pedagogical tool capable of improving teaching dynamics.
The Intercultural Association of Mobility Friends has identified a growing need to improve the human, technical and artistic skills of its employees, particularly those who work daily with adult learners, since it operates locally and internationally with the aim of individually and collectively empowering the learners who seek us through the provision of educational services from workshops to training courses, among others.
