We aimed to: -Constant training update of Spin staff -Improve the quality of Spin’s adult training in the field of human rights -Increase the participation of seniors in Spin activities and training -Improve basic skills in digital literacy, languages and transversal skills of 8 senior students with fewer opportunities, promoting their social inclusion and active citizenship -Recognition and beginning of the internationalization of Spin as an adult NFE organization.
SPIN, based in Lisbon in the largest social neighborhood on the Iberian Peninsula, an aging area with educational needs, promotes NFE for intercultural dialogue, human rights, inclusion, active citizenship. Most recognized for working in the youth area, this has taken the focus away from thematic relevance, educational approaches, digital tools used and slowed down registrations. Spin's 2023-24 local training cycle in human rights is aimed at seniors and this is the 1st E+ KA122 ADU project.
