The ‘TECH’ project pursued three objectives: 1. Improvement of professional skills: The students participated in one-month internships in Italy, France and Spain, applying their knowledge in real-life contexts. 2. Teaching innovation: Teachers attended a 10-day course in Italy on multiculturalism and work-based methodologies to improve VET teaching. 3. Internationalisation: Enhanced international cooperation and participation in EU platforms such as eTwinning.
The project ‘TECH: Training studEnts and teaChers on innovative VET metHodologies’ stems from the needs of the Agrupamento de Escolas de Condeixa-a-Nova, a cluster of Portuguese schools that stands out for its diversified educational offerings aimed at vocational training. The school's main objective is to prepare students for the world of work, offering vocational courses in the fields of electronics, automation and control, tourism and healthcare.
