We aimed to: improve the employability of our certified students through international internships; increase the attractiveness of vocational education at AEVA; retain students in the region; strengthen international participation and institutional development by creating new partnerships and opportunities for students and teachers.
The AEVA, located in a peripheral and rural area, applied for Erasmus+ VET for the first time with the aim of combating the geographical and social exclusion of its trainees. It sought to promote the employability and retention of students in vocational education, through structured international internships with a strong impact on their personal, academic, and professional development.
