The implementation of this project sought, above all, to give the trainees opportunities to a closer contact with other professional realities by doing training placements abroad.This was the main line of thought in the organization's internationalization strategy for vocational education and training. At the same time, we wanted teachers to become more aware of other pedagogical models and other didactic realities, namely the resource to technology in the classroom.
Our organization seeks to start a new stage in the internationalization process of its VET courses, allowing the trainees to contact with diverse cultural and professional environments, different from the ones they would encounter at the local and national levels. At the same time, the organization wants the trainees to improve their technical, personal and language skills, enabling a more inclusive learning process and practice.
