The aim was to provide young people in initial vocational training with diverse tools to face the world of work with confidence that their performance can be optimized. In the constant search for improvement and quality of training provided, the aim was to obtain added value for teachers with a job shadowing activity in companies in their respective training areas and schools with similar training offers. The aim was to optimize employability and personal entrepreneurship.
Integrated in the school's Activity Plan, it takes into account the goals of the Educational Project and meets the needs identified in the "Erasmus Plan" - trainees: 1. carry out learning experiences to reduce absenteeism and school dropout; 2. develop language skills; 3. carry out learning experiences to improve employability; -staff: 1. give credibility to continuing education by sharing experiences and good practices; 2. Prepare teams for diversity.
