This type of project aims to: improve students' interest in and motivation for school; prevent school drop-outs; adapt behaviour in the context of cooperation, sharing, collaboration and competition; eliminate economic, social, geographical, health, educational and cultural obstacles in order to increase self-esteem and consequent school success, reducing social inequalities through inclusion; contribute to the recognition of AEO as a socially intervening school.
The AEO has been providing vocational education since 2006, so it has a wealth of experience and a stable and motivated group of teachers. Given the importance of work-based training in the students' curriculum, AEO has developed projects to extend both national and international partnerships, with the aim of providing students with innovative experiences and intercultural skills, thus improving their professional prospects and fostering academic success.
