Considering the school environment, the objectives of this project are transversal to the school community: improving the language skills in a foreign language of teachers and learners, technical skills allowing learners to have contact with other realities in work context training, learners' personal skills in terms of responsibility, independence, resilience, time management, conflict management and developing digital skills.
Instituto Profissional da Sertã is located in a rural area that lacks opportunities and has an ageing working population. The school sought to organise a variety of activities that would offer unique experiences to its students and teachers, leading them to improve their technical and personal skills. This Erasmus project would open up horizons, get to know new realities, foster new personal and work habits, improving everyone's skills.
