With the implementation of this project, AECISTER aims to train teachers in specific areas and strengthen students' vocational training. Through mobility, the project aimed to promote the development of technical and interpersonal skills, improve employability, enhance vocational education, strengthen the European dimension of training and foster social inclusion by providing enriching experiences in different cultural and labour contexts.
This project is an initiative of AECISTER, with the aim of promoting teacher training and the employability of students on vocational courses. The organisation, with more than 3,500 students, offers education from pre-school to secondary school, including vocational courses in IT, Multimedia, Events, Health and Sport. This project includes short and long-term mobilities, structured courses and job shadowing, with the aim of strengthening technical, linguistic and intercultural skills.
