Investment in internationalization, with a special focus on mobility activities under the Erasmus+ Programme, has enabled CESPU to consolidate a multicultural, innovative, and inclusive learning environment, supported by active pedagogical methodologies, real clinical practice, and modern equipment. This approach promotes excellence in teaching, strengthens scientific research, and contributes to the comprehensive development of the academic community, preparing students and staff for the challenges of a dynamic and globalized Europe. Through this project, CESPU aimed to: • Expand mobility opportunities for students, faculty, and staff, ensuring accessibility, equity, and full academic recognition; • Promote the intercultural dimension, strengthening professional, linguistic, and social skills, enhancing employability and integration in multicultural contexts; • Encourage research and academic cooperation, creating local and international partnerships that develop new research lines in the field of health; • Contribute to pedagogical innovation and implement more effective support measures, including financial, academic, and sociocultural support, especially for students with fewer opportunities; • Explore and disseminate the results of mobility activities, ensuring a broad and sustainable impact on the institution and its partners. For the first time, the project included doctoral mobilities, reinforcing academic diversity, fostering advanced research, and expanding the international cooperation network, fully aligned with CESPU’s Erasmus Policy Statement and the European agenda for the internationalization of higher education.
