This project was designed to strengthen the internationalisation strategy of ESEL by providing students, teachers and staff with meaningful opportunities to respectively, study, train, and teach abroad. Through the implementation of Erasmus+ KA131-HED mobilities, our goal was to promote intercultural awareness, improve employability, and foster academic and professional development. For students, the main objective was to enhance their professional competences and skills through international traineeships, thus increasing their employability in a global labour market. For staff, the focus was on capacity building, pedagogical innovation, and knowledge transfer, enabling the institution to benefit from best practices and new perspectives brought back from international contexts. At the institutional level, the project sought to deepen cooperation with and between international partners, improve the quality of mobility management, and contribute to the school’s modernisation. Additionally, ESEL sought to increase the participants' cultural awareness and language skills, which are crucial in a globalized and diverse working environment. Through these efforts, ESEL contributed to the personal and professional growth of the participants, while also ensuring that the project would have a long-term impact on both the participants and the partner institutions.
