Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) collaborates with several national and international partners, to develop mobility, teaching, and research projects. According to its Erasmus Policy Statement, mobility is a core component of ULisboa's internationalization strategy. The institution aims to significantly increase the number of participants (students from all cycles, faculty, and staff) and diversify mobility activities. This will promote participation in mobility activities as an integral part of the educational path of students from various study cycles, as well as the professional path of its staff, faculty, and technical-administrative staff, regardless of their background or conditions. The implementation of this project aimed to align with the priorities of the Erasmus+ program for European higher education, in its various dimensions: - promoting principles of equality, inclusion, diversity, and equity; - digital transition; - promoting sustainability and green mobility; - civic participation. The project also supported the implementation of the European University Alliance, Unite!, in the mobility area, enabling a large number of mobility activities for studies, internships, teaching, and training among partner institutions. Participation in the Program has been fundamental to the institution's internationalization. The mobility of students, faculty, and technical and administrative staff has resulted in a flow of people, knowledge, and learning, which has shaped the organizational structure of the university campus and academic activities themselves, providing the University with a permanent international focus. Mobility activities contribute to the development of participants, making them more aware and engaged citizens with global skills.
