The project 2023-1-PT01-KA131-HED-000121324 marks a decade of the WORK4ALL (Working Opportunities to Reinforce Knowledge for All) consortium, coordinated by the University of Porto and with the University of Minho, the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, and the Nova University Lisbon as academic partners and, more recently, SONAE as a business partner. The consortium has accomplished the objectives it set for this project, in line with institutional strategies, the Erasmus Policy Statements of HEIs, SONAE's Social Responsibility Policy, and the horizontal priorities of Erasmus+: it has continued its work; increased the competitive capacity of their academic communities and accelerated the digital transition of the Programme; it increased the availability and quality of internships, supporting the implementation of internships focused on digital skills; it contributed to the employability of its recent graduates and their career prospects; it brought universities closer to the business world; it promoted the internationalisation and visibility of national HEIs and Portugal within the European Higher Education Area.
