This project was designed to achieve two primary objectives aligned with our institutional mission and broader European defence goals. 1. Enhancing Student Preparedness for Multinational Operations Our first objective was to better prepare military students for their future professional roles by engaging them in diverse teaching and training environments across Europe. Participation in international mobility programs enabled them to develop critical competencies such as intercultural awareness, adaptability, and collaborative skills. These are essential for effective performance in multinational missions conducted under the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) and NATO frameworks. 2. Strengthening Staff Expertise and Institutional Capacity The second objective focused on enhancing the professional development of our academic and training staff. By teaching and training abroad, staff members expanded their subject-matter expertise, gained experience in delivering instruction in foreign languages. They exchanged best practices with peers from other European military institutions. These experiences directly contributed to improving our teaching quality and pedagogical innovation. Moreover, they reinforced European defence cooperation and interoperability, ensuring our institution remains an active contributor to the shared objectives of the CSDP.
