The implementation of the international mobility project under Key Action 131 of the Erasmus+ Programme had as its main objective to strengthen the internationalisation of ISAG – European Business School, to promote the quality of higher education, and to create opportunities for personal and professional development for students, teachers, and staff. Through mobilities for study, traineeships, teaching, and training, the project aimed to contribute to the holistic development of our academic community, equipping it with academic, linguistic, digital, and intercultural competences that respond to the challenges of a global society and a constantly evolving labour market. For students, the project sought to provide transformative experiences, enriching their academic path and promoting the application of knowledge in practical contexts through traineeships in international companies and organisations. These mobilities were designed to foster transversal skills such as autonomy, adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to work in multicultural teams. At the same time, they strengthened future employability and fostered contact with diverse professional environments. For teaching staff, the project encouraged scientific and pedagogical development, through contact with innovative teaching methodologies, international academic collaboration, and the use of digital tools for learning. For administrative staff, training mobilities provided opportunities to acquire new competences in management and organisation, improve internal processes, and enhance the quality of services provided to students and the academic community as a whole. The project was also closely aligned with the horizontal priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme. In the area of inclusion and diversity, financial support and individualised guidance were offered to participants with fewer opportunities, ensuring fair access to mobility. In relation to the green transition, participants were encouraged to use environmentally friendly means of transport and awareness-raising actions on sustainable practices. Regarding the digital transition, the project promoted the use of electronic mobility management tools such as the Erasmus+ App and the Beneficiary Module, while also fostering the development of digital competences among participants and staff. The project also contributed to citizenship and active participation, by integrating international students into academic and cultural activities, reinforcing their sense of belonging to the European Union and its common values. The implementation of this project also contributed to the expansion and diversification of ISAG’s international partnership network, increasing cooperation with institutions in different regions and strengthening the international dimension of our academic offer. The focus on mobility helped to build stronger bridges between higher education, research, and the business world, creating synergies that benefit not only the direct participants, but also the wider academic community and society. In summary, through this project ISAG sought to: 1. Offer transformative experiences to students, promoting their employability, autonomy, and active citizenship; 2. Enhance the professional development of teachers and staff, fostering pedagogical innovation and organisational improvement; 3. Consolidate the internationalisation of the institution, diversifying partnerships and strengthening European cooperation; 4. Contribute actively to the strategic priorities of the European Union in terms of inclusion, sustainability, digitalisation, and democratic participation. The Erasmus+ mobility project at ISAG therefore represented a strategic investment in our academic community and in the future of the institution. It was fully aligned with ISAG’s Erasmus Policy Statement and with the European Higher Education Agenda, promoting not only mobility but also long-term educational, social, and cultural transformation.
