The Erasmus+ mobility project at our institution aimed to support the professional development of both teaching and non-academic staff, while providing students with opportunities to engage with diverse cultural and educational contexts. The initiative contributed to enhancing competencies across all participant groups - students, academic staff, and administrative staff - aligning with the institution’s broader internationalization strategy. For students at all degree levels, the project focused on developing personal, professional, social, and intercultural skills, fostering motivation, academic performance, and a greater awareness of cultural diversity. For staff, the mobility opportunities promoted skill development, exposure to innovative tools, and increased job satisfaction, with the expectation that acquired knowledge and practices would be shared within the institution to enhance overall performance. In sum, the project reinforced our commitment to international collaboration and educational excellence, while strengthening the capacities of our academic community.
