This project continued the individual mobility projects that the UA has been implementing in the past, providing its academic community with the possibility of benefiting from mobility activities within the European space, in the areas of Studies and Internships for students, and providing also mobility opportunities for short-term teaching missions and training for teachers, researchers, the technical, administrative and management staff (TAG), in an international context. By promoting cooperation with HEIs and partner companies outside Portugal, the project also contributed to the objective of reinforcing the quality and relevance of UA's training offer. Considering the broader impact of the project, within the scope of UA's internationalization strategy, the project contributed to the consolidation and rationalization of its training offer, promoting the quality of learning for all its students (including international students, non-traditional learners and with special needs), while promoting academic success and student retention levels.
