The project aimed to enhance ISLA's international dimension by fostering student and staff mobility experiences that would develop global competencies, strengthen intercultural communication skills, and build sustainable partnerships with European institutions. Our primary objectives were to increase participation in international mobility programs, establish quality partnerships for knowledge exchange, and create innovative learning opportunities through Blended Intensive Programmes focused on entrepreneurship and communication skills. Despite initial implementation challenges in the first year, we remained committed to building a robust internationalisation framework that would serve as a foundation for future growth.
