The implementation of this project was designed to promote and support institutional exchange through national and international cooperation programmes and networks in teaching and research. In addition to these objectives, the project sought to increase the number of outgoing and incoming students and staff participating in mobility programmes, both outgoing and incoming; to streamline internal and external application processes by providing support to students, faculty, and staff in activities arising from their mobility processes; to organize outreach and awareness-raising activities on mobility opportunities; to evaluate existing bilateral agreements and propose their renewal; to present proposals for new cooperation partnerships with higher education institutions; to analyse the study plans of partner institutions to accrediting completed training; and to ensure compliance with established mobility processes.
