The Erasmus+ programme plays a key role in the internationalisation of our institution and of all members of the academic community. With this project, we specifically aimed to: • Provide participants with internationalisation opportunities for their academic, personal, and professional development, while fostering the consolidation of a European identity based on the values of cooperation, solidarity, and respect for diversity. In this sense, Erasmus+ mobility is an essential tool to strengthen social cohesion and contribute to a more inclusive Europe and a more sustainable world. • Enable outgoing participants to acquire academic, professional, transversal, linguistic, and intercultural skills that enrich their training path and individual growth. These skills translate not only into greater technical and scientific knowledge but also into soft skills such as adaptability, resilience, communication, and leadership, which have a direct impact on their employability and their preparation to operate in a globalised labour market. • Enrich the academic community with a more diverse and inclusive environment through the presence of incoming students and staff. Daily contact with people from different cultural backgrounds fosters the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and perspectives, contributing to the creation of a more international, dynamic, inclusive, and diversity-embracing campus. • Foster the development of foreign language skills not only among outgoing and incoming participants but also within the academic community in general. Developing foreign language skills is essential both for accessing international scientific knowledge and for social and professional integration in a global world, while also enhancing intercultural understanding and respect for diversity. • Strengthen relations with partner HEIs, consolidating and expanding existing cooperation networks and fostering the development of new collaborative projects. Mobility is, therefore, the starting point for creating broader synergies, which translate into joint projects in teaching, research, pedagogical innovation, and community engagement. • Increase the number of dematerialised administrative management processes, promoting more sustainable, efficient and digital practices, in line with the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme and with the European objectives of modernisation, innovation and the green and digital transition in higher education. These practices are integrated into the ongoing development of the institution’s quality management system, reinforcing continuous improvement and organisational excellence, with a direct impact on the enhancement of Erasmus+ processes. The implementation of the project aimed to contribute to strengthening the quality, competitiveness, and impact of European higher education in the global context, as well as to the objectives set out in the 2030 Agenda.
