The main aim of this project was to enhance the international mobility of students, faculty, and staff, in line with Universidade Europeia’s mission to develop global and innovative professionals. Specifically, we aimed to: Strengthen international partnerships, currently exceeding 270, including 162 under Erasmus+ and other agreements with third countries. Provide participants with diverse cultural, academic, social, and professional experiences, preparing them to operate in global contexts. Promote inclusion and equal opportunities, ensuring that mobility is accessible to students and staff with fewer opportunities. Integrate international experiences into the curriculum, through programs such as the Global Bachelor’s degrees, which include semesters abroad. Develop intercultural, linguistic, and professional skills, essential for success in the global labor market. The project aimed not only to achieve these objectives but also to strengthen Universidade Europeia’s position as an internationally recognized institution. In this regard, participation in international higher education fairs and conferences, such as NAFSA and EAIE — initiatives co-organized by the National Erasmus+ Agency — played a key role.
