The main purpose of this project was to promote social inclusion, empower young people and youth workers, and strengthen European cooperation through high-quality mobility activities. Six international mobilities were carried out between January 2023 and May 2025, including two youth exchanges, two training courses for youth workers, and one advance planning visit, with topics aligned with the Activity Plan submitted during the accreditation process. The project directly contributed to the defined objectives, namely by strengthening young people's active participation, promoting diversity and inclusion, developing transversal skills, and increasing the organisational capacity of the coordinating entity. In quantitative terms, the results exceeded the initially set targets: 101 participants were involved, of which 82 were young people with fewer opportunities, compared to the initial indicative goal of 133 total participants. This outcome demonstrates not only effective resource management but also the expanded reach of the project, especially among underrepresented groups. No objectives remained unachieved. On the contrary, the successful implementation of six mobilities (instead of the four initially planned) and the high level of participation of young people with fewer opportunities represent achievements that went beyond expectations. The project also had a significant community and institutional impact, with increased involvement of local stakeholders and enhanced communication and dissemination of results.
