Objectives

SOCIAL PROBLEM: Social exclusion of young people and disintegration in the labour market as a consequence of the absence of key competences for lifelong learning and entrepreneurial thoughts and attitudes PROJECT OBJECTIVES OBJECTIVE 1: Objective 1 was targeted at young people and links, directly, to the needs identified for this group. What was intended? To promote the empowerment of young people through co-teaching activities, experimentation and discovery of potential and talent, with a focus on youth entrepreneurship and non-formal and informal basis. It also aimed to promote the social inclusion of young people, including socially under-represented groups, through the creation of personal, social and professional development opportunities oriented towards the transition to adulthood. Part of the Goal was to discover the potential of young generations to become more capable, aware, entrepreneurial and highly skilled in adapting to social evolution and change. OBJECTIVE 2: Objective 2 was constructed with an orientation towards young people and links directly to the needs identified for this group. What does it aim at? Objective 2 focuses on the 3 strands of the EUEJ and aims to promote opportunities for young people to participate in democratic life; opportunities to create dialogue between young Europeans; opportunities to connect and exchange experiences and opportunities for intercultural awareness. Alongside the above, Objective 2 aimed to support the personal, social and professional development process of young people at the heart of the European context, ensuring that they become aware, critical and contributing agents of change. OBJECTIVE 3: Objective 3 was constructed with an orientation towards YW and is directly linked to the needs identified for this group. What does it aim to achieve? Objective 3 intended to promote professional development activities for YW in order for them to develop knowledge, share experiences and transfer non-formal interventional practices and methods, relevant for quality work with and for young people. Furthermore, it also intended that YW become able to add value in their organisation and in working with other YW/organisations and young people, as they were more aware of European priorities and strategies such as the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027; European Youth Goals; European Youth Work Agenda; Inclusion and Diversity Strategy; Digital Education Action Plan and European Ecological Pact. OBJECTIVE 4: Objective 4 was targeted at organisations active in the field of youth, social inclusion, etc. and links directly to the needs identified for this group. What does it aim for? Objective 4 aimed to involve organisations in the Erasmus+ Programme through information and approximation to what is done, how it is done and the gains achieved. Objective 4 aimed, through the activities designed for this purpose, to promote greater knowledge about the Programme, the opportunities and the results that can be achieved. At the same time, Objective 4 aimed to create opportunities for interaction and Erasmus networking, so that organisations (especially newcomers), could start collaborative processes of learning and experimentation.
