The third year of implementation of the Aventura Marão Clube (AMC) YOUTH Accreditation activity plan was designed as planned, ensuring the implementation of two activities (a Youth Exchange and a Professional Development Activity), focusing on the objective for which they were initially designed: - The Youth Exchange “Digital Storytelling: record your future” on Objective 3 (education) which allowed the sharing and application of a Non-Formal Education methodology (Digital Storytelling) with young participants; - The Seminar “Is your school G.O.D.? Green, Outdoor, Democratic” on Objective 3 (education) which allowed sharing good educational practices using Non-Formal Education methodologies, presenting some alternative educational proposals and models that are based on environmental values, outdoor activities and more democratic participation and management of the entire educational community. The main objective of the projects, according to the YOUTH Accreditation activity plan, was: Objective 3: EDUCATION – promote citizenship and the role of Non-Formal Education as an educational tool We intend to form citizens who are more aware of their rights and responsibilities and with a more global, tolerant and supportive view of the world around them, choosing NFE as an essential educational tool to innovate, motivate and develop skills among young people and workers in the youth area . Furthermore, the two activities also managed to respond to another of the objectives defined in YOUTH Accreditation: Objective 1: VALUES – promote and practice the values we defend We intend to continue to practice the values and principles we defend in all activities and projects in which we are involved. Furthermore, we want our participants (young people and youth workers) to be able to change their lifestyles (healthier), consumption (more sustainable) and participation (more active) and to function as agents of change in their own insertion communities.
