The project successfully achieved its objectives, including professional development and capacity building for youth workers, fostering sustainability, resilience, and preparation for the green transition. Activities deepened integration of environmental and social practices, strengthened a youth worker network, and provided tools for personal and professional growth in alignment with Erasmus+ goals. Minor adjustments were made to activities to better meet participant and partner needs, which enhanced the project's outcomes. The project aimed to address urgent environmental crises such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and land degradation by enhancing youth workers' skills, knowledge, and networks. Objectives included: -Increasing the quality and quantity of youth work by offering non-formal learning opportunities to support personal, educational, and professional development. -Deepening the integration of environmental and social issues in youth projects to foster sustainable lifestyles, counteract climate change, and inspire active citizenship among young people. -Strengthening a network of youth workers and sustainable organizations, facilitating knowledge exchange, cooperation, and the co-creation of future initiatives. -Providing participants with holistic skills in the areas of enablement (heart), enactment (hands), and engagement (head). -Promoting intercultural dialogue and inclusion through an international consortium of diverse partners. The project facilitated collaboration among 11 partner organizations with shared goals of enhancing youth work and sustainability practices. It addressed their common need to expand networks, co-create non-formal education tools, and increase their capacity for impactful sustainability projects. Participating organizations benefited from peer learning, skill development, and shared best practices in fostering green transitions and youth engagement.
