This project was realized by young people working together with policy makers, experts and researchers. It aimed to raise awareness among young people about preventing food loss and food waste. Awareness was raised on preventing food loss and waste and minimizing its negative impact on the environment. Young people were given a sense of responsibility about how they can influence decisions about food waste. The basis of the project was that young people would come together with experts, academicians and decision makers to discuss the problems about food waste and produce solutions, and for young people to take responsibility. An opportunity was created to shape the world by adopting the issue of food waste, which affects world health and economy, into EU policies with the participation of young people. The main purpose throughout the project implementation is to ensure that young people come together with decision makers, experts and academicians in order to prevent food loss and food waste, to minimize and prevent damage to the environment, and to enable young people to learn new methods and techniques that will enable them to take part in decision-making processes on the subject effectively. was to provide.
